FIGUR cannot make anything without sending your brief to somebody else's AI. This page names every company that receives it and what each one does with it. We do not sell your data and we do not train models on your work.
This page is written in English only. Two translations of a term can disagree, and the day they disagree is the day somebody needs them — so there is one text, and this is it.
What we hold
Your name and email address, from signing up or from Google sign-in. Your business details, if you fill them in — business name, what you sell, where you are, opening hours, contact, prices, tone.
Your projects: what you asked for, what FIGUR planned, and every piece of work it made. Any files you upload, such as logos and product photos. Client names and notes, if you add clients. A count of how many generations you have used.
Why we hold it
To do the work you asked for, and to make the next piece better than the last. Your business details are the reason a caption can quote your real price instead of leaving a blank.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your work to train AI models.
Who else sees it, and exactly what for
FIGUR cannot make anything without sending your brief to a model run by another company. These are the ones it uses:
Anthropic — receives your brief and business details, and writes the plan, captions, documents and trackers.
Google — receives the art direction and any reference images you supplied, and draws the pictures. This runs through Google Cloud in our own project.
Supabase — stores your account, your projects and your files. Vercel — runs the site and serves the pages.
If other drawing engines are switched on — Ideogram, OpenAI, Black Forest Labs, ByteDance or Luma — they receive the same art direction for the images they draw. The app shows which engines are switched on before you generate, and marks a piece when a standby engine drew it.
Where it lives
On servers run by the companies above, which are outside Malaysia. By using FIGUR you accept that your data is processed abroad, which is unavoidable for a product built this way.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it, or until you ask us to close your account. Deleting a project deletes its work. Closing your account removes your profile, your business details, your projects and your uploads.
What you can ask for
Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to limit what we do with it, or to have it deleted.
Email hello@figurlab.com and a person will answer. We aim to respond within seven days.
When you share a project with a client
A share link lets somebody view that project and write feedback without an account. They see only that project. The link works for anyone who has it, so send it to the person you mean to send it to.
Cookies
FIGUR sets a cookie to keep you signed in, and one to remember whether you chose Malay or English. There is no advertising tracking and no third-party analytics cookie.
Children
FIGUR is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this changes in a way that matters — a new engine receiving your data, for instance — the date at the top changes and account holders are told by email.
